Jason C. Foster

Managing Director

Jason has held leading roles in consulting, healthcare and technology companies for over 20 years in the US, UK and Europe.

 

As the Managing Director of Health Equity Consulting and Health Equity Capital (HEC), he advises large pharmaceutical and medical device companies, private equity funds, family offices, venture capital investors, and healthTech start-ups.

 

In addition to his work with HEC, Jason is a Non-Executive Director of GripAble Ltd, Credentially, Auxita Pty and Ori Biotech as well as a mentor at leading incubators like TechStars, Entrepreneurs First and StartupBootCamp.  Jason is also acting as a Venture Partner at Hambro Perks and a Strategic Advisor to Joyance Partners on their venture capital portfolios.

 

Jason is also a Trustee of the UK registered charity, Painkiller Addiction Information Network (P.A.I.N) and Co-Chair of the Tech London Advocates, HealthTech Working Group. 

  

Jason graduated Beta Gamma Sigma from Columbia Business School with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia. 

 

He spends his free time travelling with his family, doing CrossFit and occasionally slowly running marathons.




Nicholas graduated from Bard College with a Bachelor's Degree in Historical Studies.  Upon his return to Greece, he joined the military, where he served in the Hellenic Navy’s shareholding foundation of Social Security for a year. Having recently joined HEC, he is currently working as a research associate, exploring and collecting information on investment opportunities around the world.  In his free time, Nicholas enjoys the performing arts, such as cinema and theatre. He also enjoys taking excursions and learning new languages.
